Legends of Shinobi Terms and Conditions
By making an account on our game you agree to our conditions:
1. Naming
Every character name must meet the following requirements:
- Must contain between 3 to 30 letters combined in a maximum of 4 words.
- Can’t be a disambiguous string of letters, and one letter can’t be repeated more than 3 times next to each other.
- Words must be separated by spaces.
- Can’t be offensive, harassing, or generally objectionable.
- Should be original. You are not allowed to impersonate or copy another player’s name.
- You are not allowed to use in-game monster’s, NPCs, or spell names.
- You are not allowed to use the name of a real person.
- You are not allowed to impersonate in any way anyone from the staff.
- You are not allowed to use a name that is phonetically similar to an already existing name.
- Your name must be clearly distinguishable within the first 15 characters from any other name that is already made. (Ex. characters "Heartbreaking Worker" and "Heartbreaking Woman" are not allowed together).
Any violation of the above leads to your character being namelocked or even deleted.
2. Game chat
- Insulting, harassing, and excessive cursing on public chats and default chat - 1-3 day ban.
- Insults toward game staff - 5 day ban*.
- Excessive spamming or using public channels inappropriately (ex. making offers in help chat) - 1-day ban.
- Asking for something or implying doing something against the rules - 1-3 day ban.
- Notorious requests to staff for free items or other services (ex. pet or element change) - 1-3 day ban.
- Selling, trading, or buying a character/account - 15-day ban*.
- Advertisement of other OTS - Permaban*.
- Every player is obligated to respond to anyone from staff. In case of ignoring the staff when you are being checked for breaking the rules, you will be treated as guilty.
3. Programs
- Using third-party software to play is allowed as long as you are present (not AFK).
- Using third-party software to play while being AFK - 7-day ban.
- You are allowed to use said software if you are training (control included), you can also use spells while training (recommended chakra down).
- You are allowed to have one MC, as long as this additional character is training (not gaining experience). Killing monsters for exp/loot, making Sakura Pills and other similar actions are not allowed on the second character.
- Playing on more than one character differently from how it is described above - 20-day ban for every character that you are currently playing.
- Using Combo Leader - Permaban
- You are obligated to respond to any requests from a staff member when you are being checked for breaking the rules.
- You have the right to report any suspicious behavior by using CTRL+R channel.
4. Others
- Bug and exploit abuse - Permaban*
- a) If you report the bug immediately after accidental use, you may avoid the ban.
- Account sharing - 10-day ban.
- Any attempt of hacking - Permaban*.
- Attempting to cheat the staff - Permaban*.
- Publishment of false screenshots or videos in an attempt to ban another player - Permaban for everyone involved in creating fake proofs.
- Sharing links with sexually related, racist, drug-related, or containing someone’s personal information content - Permaban*
- You are obligated to report every bug or exploit.
- Blocking respawn of special monsters (saga, mission, dojo), intentional blocking of other players in pz or trains - 1-3 day ban.
- Being inactive in Akatsuki vs Anbu event - 1-day ban.
- Using low-level characters (alts) as a monitoring service or to intentionally spy, disturb other players during PvP fights - 7-day ban*
- Administrators can’t guarantee a game without lags, crashes, or bugs and are not obligated to give back any items, levels, or skills lost in result of above incidents. These rules can be changed at any time without notice.
5. Premium Points
- Purchase and Use
- By purchasing premium points through authorized methods such as bank transfer, PSC, or Blik, you agree to abide by the following conditions.
- Premium points are virtual in-game currency and hold no real-world value.
- The purchase of premium points is non-refundable. Once acquired, premium points cannot be converted back to real currency or transferred to other players.
- In-Game Transactions
- Premium points can be used for in-game transactions, such as purchasing virtual items, enhancing character abilities, or unlocking premium features.
- The availability and pricing of in-game items purchasable with premium points may change without prior notice.
- Legends of Shinobi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any premium point transactions or features at its discretion.
- Account Security
- Players are responsible for the security of their accounts and the premium points associated with them.
- Legends of Shinobi will not be held responsible for any unauthorized access or use of premium points.
- Compliance with Applicable Laws
- Players must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when purchasing and using premium points.
- Legends of Shinobi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or illegal activities related to premium points.
- Customer Support
- For inquiries or issues related to premium points, players can contact customer support at support@losots.pl.
6. Premium Subscriptions
- Purchase and Duration
- Players have the option to purchase premium subscriptions that provide enhanced benefits for a specified duration (e.g., weekly or monthly).
- The purchase of premium subscriptions is non-refundable. Once acquired, premium subscription fees are not eligible for reimbursement.
- Subscription Benefits
- Premium subscribers will receive additional in-game advantages, which may include increased experience points, faster resource accumulation, exclusive items, or other benefits specified in the premium package.
- Legends of Shinobi reserves the right to modify or update the benefits associated with premium subscriptions at its discretion.
- Termination
- Legends of Shinobi reserves the right to terminate or suspend premium subscriptions for violations of these Terms and Conditions or any fraudulent activity.
- Account Security
- Players are responsible for the security of their accounts and the premium subscriptions associated with them.
- Legends of Shinobi will not be held responsible for any unauthorized access or use of premium subscriptions.
- Communication
- Any communication related to premium subscriptions, including changes, renewals, or cancellations, will be conveyed to players through in-game announcements or other appropriate channels.
7. Miscellaneous
- Legends of Shinobi reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions, including the premium subscriptions section, at any time. Players will be notified of such changes through in-game announcements or other appropriate channels.
